Bringing inspiration, knowledge and practical support to the classroom

The Entrust STEM is a non profit organisation delivering enrichment and enhancement activities for Primary, Secondary and Post 16 Education.

We design and deliver engaging activities to inspire and motivate young people in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM). Working closely with Teachers, Ambassadors, Employers and Strategic Partners, we aim to transform the STEM learning experience of students and teachers alike.

Who We Are

Entrust STEM Centre is a organisation providing enrichment and enhancement programmes that complement the STEM curriculum. We design and deliver an evolving range of innovative activities for schools and colleges that reflect changes in Society and the Future Skills Agenda.

We work closely with local industry and national educational organisations to keep our activities relevant, and to support learners through their progression into the world of work.

We also manage a wide range of national schemes developed to meet the needs and interests of young people such as CREST Awards, STEM Ambassadors and the Digital Hub.

Mission

Our mission is to inspire learners and add value to the work schools do in delivering the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) curriculum. We concentrate on matching what we do to curriculum need to help reduce the burden of delivery for practitioners. Our main aim is to improve learner achievement by increasing engagement and providing experiences that add interest, relevance and depth. To do this, we aim to increase awareness of STEM in Further and Higher Education to widen career opportunities.

Objectives

One of our objectives is to increase the number of schools, colleges and companies we work with each year in order to have a greater impact on skills improvement. We work hard to exceed expectations by delivering innovative resources and activities that enhance the learner experience.

Entrust STEM is the STEM Learning Ambassador Hub contract holder for Staffordshire and Shropshire.  We operate an experienced team who have provided educational consultancy to leading organisations such as AQA, SSAT, RSLC, Staffordshire University, Keele University, LSN and Ofqual.
